💡 Fun Fact — Days Named by Number: Portuguese weekdays are uniquely named by number! Segunda-feira means “Second fair/market” (Monday), Terça-feira is third, and so on through Sexta-feira (Friday). Saturday and Sunday keep their Latin roots: Sábado (Sabbath) and Domingo (Lord’s Day).
